You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree not to use Marksy for any unlawful purpose, to store malicious or harmful links, to exploit the service, or to disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

Marksy utilizes external AI APIs (such as Gemini) to group and categorize bookmarks. Your account includes an allotment of AI credits (e.g., 100 credits/mo on the Pro plan). You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or any bypass methods to artificially inflate or exploit the AI generation features of the platform.

Marksy uses Artificial Intelligence to organize and categorize content. While we strive for accuracy, AI is probabilistic, and we do not guarantee the perfection, appropriateness, or accuracy of AI-generated categories or groupings. Marksy shall not be held liable for any data loss, miscategorization, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Marksy at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, abuses the AI credits system, or is harmful to other users of the application.
